We have included racing days for the DF65’s (usually Saturdays) the IOM’s (usually Sundays) and the EC 12’s (Fridays).
With the number of IOM’s increasing, we plan to hold a series over 4 days with an A and a B fleet based on club handicaps.
Social sailing at Nile Rd on the first Wednesday of each month.
This programme does not include the 2023 events, the Best Is trophy, Nile Rd handicap. These will be run early 2024.
There is a resurgence of the EC12’s which were a popular class in our club 10 years ago.
The Canterbury J class are coming to visit on 16,17 September (so far 13 boats) to promote this class. We will hold a 2 day regatta for the J’s. Social sailing will be available at Nile Rd for anyone who wants to sail there that weekend.
We are planning a Christmas breakup BBQ after fun racing on Sunday 17 December at Best Island for sailors and partners.
We are also planning a Christmas lunch or dinner for all members and partners at a venue and time yet to be decided.
